Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Be sure to include:
- Your name
- Order details
- A photo of the item
I will gladly make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.
Local Pickup Orders
Please check your order at pickup. Once items are accepted, they are considered final sale.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing. Pure Posey is not responsible for allergic reactions.
